I design and facilitate workshops and retreats that include NVC, as well as other spiritual growth and personal development experiences.  I am also a spiritual director/guide and offer one on one sessions with individuals, facilitate groups (poetic encounter, dreamwork as spiritual practice, retreats, groups, compassionate consciousness and communication events).

My undergraduate degree is in psychology with an emphasis on creative-expressive therapies.  I have a master's degree in servant leadership and certification as a spiritual director from the Franciscan Spirituality Center in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

I have been exploring, studying, practicing and playing with NVC for over three years.    I have attended trainings with Marshall Rosenberg, Robert Gonzales, Wes Taylor, Susan Skye, Lucy Leu, Jeff Brown, Myra Walden, Dominic Barter, a New York IRT in 2007, and just finished my first year in Robert Gonzales' NVC LIFE 2008 class.

I enjoy NVC as a spiritual practice and find it one of the most concreate and practical applications for living love, growing compassion and inviting myself to stretch in all kinds of ways that honor the beauty of our needs. NVC gives me hope for living in a transformed world where compassion can be central to every relationship we have!
