The Practice of Compassionate Communication
Inviting Consciousness & Compassion into Our Relationships
This six-session class offers a basic orientation to the elements of compassionate communication as developed by Marshall Rosenberg of the Center for Nonviolent Communication. It is a foundational course for beginning the practice of compassionate communication as a path for connecting in loving, peaceful (non-violent) ways with self and others. Each session will include both conceptual tools and experiential learning processes to help us practice empathy and compassion in our daily lives.

May 11 - Session 5: Being Open & Vulnerable in Our Invitations
May 18 - Session 6: Honoring Our Mournings & Celebrations
