Monday Night NVC Practice Group: 6:30-9pm

Our shared purpose as we gather each Monday night:

• We come together in community to play, with open hearts, choice and a tender sense of responsibility.
• We hold ourselves and others compassionately as we practice, celebrate, mourn and grow in the exchange of precious life energy.
• We support and nurture the authentic expression of our humanity.
• We fuel our spirits, manifesting this flow of beautiful life energy in our daily lives and the world community.

6:30-7 serves as an optional social time.

Child-friendly environment with the possibility of children coming in and out of the group.

Please call Margarita Mac at 612-729-1699 at least one week prior to coming to the practice group to make sure we are in alignment with our understanding of NVC practice and consciousness and to meet needs for connection and mutuality.

Before coming please be familiar with and committed to the NVC approach and style. Please read or listen to the entire book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg, and complete the exercises in the book.

If you're "just looking" this group may not work for you.

Please come with the intention of maintaining a consistent NVC practice and attendance of the practice group to meet needs for community and learning. Currently I am requesting a minimum attendance of two times a month.
